Delivery to main centers:
Delivery to main centers in South Africa takes place within 1 - 3 working days.
Regional areas:
Delivery to regional areas in South Africa takes place within 3 - 7 working days.

Feel free to inquire as to whether your residence falls within these remote areas
by emailing us on Parcels ordered on nationwide
express delivery on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday and those
booked on Saturday and Sunday should be delivered on Wednesday.

Important: All orders should be placed before 12h00 (noon). If not, please add
24 hours to the above express service policy.

Delivery to remote areas: Mopani Queens will contact you should you live on a
plot or farm that may incur additional surcharges for delivery to enquire as to
whether we can deliver to your nearest PostNet or PeP store.

Please note: Delivery times are estimations and we cannot guarantee exact
delivery times. To find out a more accurate delivery time on the specific items or
specific orders, please send an email to

At what times can you expect your parcels? Our couriers generally deliver from
Monday to Friday between 08h00 and 17h00.

Can we deliver on public holidays? Unfortunately, not.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations: We will refund any claim prior to courier of the customer order. Claims submitted after a courier has been booked for will not be accepted.

Incorrect goods: We will replace or refund any order that is incorrect, or has any other verifiable defect provided the customer informs us within 48 hours of receipt of said goods.

Force majeure : Any goods affected in transit by an act of God - Should any Party be prevented by reason of Force Majeure from performing its obligations in terms hereof, then such failure shall not be regarded as a breach of its obligations.

Refund period: All refunds to the customer will be no later than 21 days from the day on which the customer order was received.

Courier fee is non-refundable: In cases where the customer has received the goods and is the awarded a refund, the refund will exclude the cost of the courier.

Refund Method: We will use the same means of payment as the customer used for payment of the order.

Perishable items cannot be returned because a customer had a change of mind in respect of the particular purchased item, this is due to public and food safety regulations.
