Through our books, educational resources, workshops and interactive experiences, we inspire people to rediscover the role of edible insects in healthy and sustainable diets and share this knowledge from one generation to the next.

From the Author
Like many before me, I grew up learning that food is not only about nourishment, but also about our traditions and our connection to nature. Edible insects were a natural and valued part of that world—shared, respected and enjoyed.
Many years later, those childhood adventures became the inspiration for Thori and the CaterKidz.
Today, through Mopani Queens and CaterKidz™ Books, I hope to inspire a new generation to be curious, proud of African food heritage and excited to explore the fascinating world of edible insects.
